I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery" because their site explicitly stated it, only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take 3 business days. Where is "next day" in that? The lack of human customer service—just automated bots and unanswered emails—was infuriating. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because they were not providing a service I paid for, and I needed my money back.

I also apologize for the difficulty you experienced reaching a human representative. Customer: Apologies don't change the fact that I paid for a service I didn't get. I want my $19.95 next-day delivery fee refunded immediately. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I completely understand your request for a refund on the expedited shipping.
